As a Product Support Analyst Associate at Optum, you will play a crucial role in providing customer service support to both internal users and external customers on various applications and software related to mental health initiatives. This full-time position operates Monday through Friday, with normal business hours from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm PST. You will undergo four weeks of paid training, during which you will work from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm PST.
