About the position

The Product Support Analyst at Paradigm Solutions International is responsible for providing technical and general business support to the Sales and Operations teams. This role involves assisting customers with product and service information, resolving technical issues, and ensuring high-quality product testing and training. The position offers the potential for full-time remote work and requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Provide product and service information to customers and resolve technical issues.
  • Conduct product testing and quality assurance.
  • Deliver product training to end clients.
  • Generate user documentation for products.
  • Manage and maintain client account information in CRM.
  • Initiate and track customer invoicing.
  • Maintain the RFP database and generate reports.
  • Provide client support and on-call duties as needed.
  • Setup and configure new client implementations.
  • Write test cases based on feature requirements.
  • Assist with special projects as requested by Executive Management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and/or at least 3 years of relevant business experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently as well as in a team atmosphere.
  • Demonstrates initiative and the ability to work with limited direction and supervision.
  • Knowledge or experience in disaster recovery and business continuity planning is a plus.
  • Knowledge or experience in SQL is a plus.
