Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts and lead small to medium projects.
• Analyze data and recommend resolutions for in-service issues.
• Maintain action logs and train customers on product maintenance.
• Visit key customer accounts and advocate for product reliability.
• Collaborate with customers across global time zones on product support projects.
• Problem-solve to identify cost-effective solutions for in-service issues.
• Communicate internally and externally to resolve customer issues.

Requirements

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience.
• U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or granted refugee or asylee status).

Nice-to-haves

• Technical background and strong mechanical aptitude.
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
