About the position

The Product Support General Manager at Harnish Group Inc. is a leadership role responsible for driving and managing the Parts and Services business for Caterpillar products in the Washington territory. Responsibilities

• Drive, grow, and support the machinery Parts and Services business for Caterpillar products.
• Manage P&L and conduct operational performance reporting.
• Recommend profit and service improvements based on analysis.
• Lead the Parts & Service teams across multiple locations in Washington.
• Build high-performing teams through training and mentoring.
• Identify and implement performance plans for staff.
• Provide direct and constructive feedback to employees.

Requirements

• Minimum of ten years of experience in a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
• Five years of experience with Caterpillar products preferred.
• College degree in business or a related discipline preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills for managing diverse groups and motivating employees.
• Knowledge of general accounting practices.
