About the position

As a Product Support Representative at FIS Global, you will provide exceptional customer service and in-depth product support to clients. This role involves resolving customer inquiries related to product installation, operation, maintenance, and application, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and support for FIS products.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve support issues such as address changes, processing orders, warranty, or billing and payment.
  • Provide in-depth product support and research client issues.
  • Troubleshoot problems with equipment or software applications and recommend corrective action.
  • Document customer information and recurring technical issues to support product quality programs and product development.

Requirements

  • Prior banking experience preferred
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication and strong problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of FIS products is a plus

Nice-to-haves

  • FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 certification (must be willing to take tests within the first 90 days if not already certified)
