About the position

The Product Support Specialist will be responsible for providing assistance to end users regarding tax planning and software functionalities. This role involves troubleshooting technical issues, logging customer inquiries, and conducting product demonstrations. The position is temporary and requires a strong background in customer service and tax principles.

Responsibilities

• Answer and evaluate requests from end users regarding tax planning and software functionalities.
• Recognize and troubleshoot complex technical issues, escalating as necessary.
• Log and track customer issues using a CRM, documenting feedback and solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and train end-users on software usage.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in tax, business, or related fields, or equivalent experience is required.
• Minimum of 2 years in a client-facing high volume role.
• Strong knowledge of tax and accounting principles, with experience in fixed asset accounting preferred.
