Responsibilities
- Handle customer support calls
- Create and resolve support tickets via phone, email, and chat
- Expand knowledge of products and technical skills through training and practical experience
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Identify and understand customers' objectives and outcomes
- Contribute to the knowledge base by creating internal and customer-facing articles
- Deliver exceptional customer service in all situations
Requirements
- 3+ years of technical support experience in a product support environment
- Experience with Windows Operating Systems (both Server and Client)
- Strong customer-oriented focus with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Good technical aptitude for working with software
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Nice-to-haves
- Experience installing and upgrading software
- Medical billing office or insurance clearinghouse experience
- Experience with medical billing software solutions
