About the position

The Test Engineer position involves developing and implementing test plans for both new and existing products, ensuring their performance and reliability through rigorous testing and analysis. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance product design and testing processes, while also maintaining compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement test plans for new and existing products.
• Design and build test fixtures and setups.
• Operate and maintain automated test equipment such as Chroma, Visual Studio, and Teledyne.
• Perform PCB design and layout for test fixtures.
• Conduct tests and analyze results to ensure product performance and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve test-related issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product design and test processes.
• Document test procedures, results, and findings.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in product testing and test engineering.
• Strong background in automated test equipment and PCB design.
• Proficiency with automated test equipment such as Chroma, Visual Studio, and Teledyne.
• Experience in PCB design and layout.
• Knowledge of EMI filters and LabVIEW.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
