About the position

The Product Training & Commercialization Analyst II at Lennar is responsible for educating business associates on how to effectively use Lennar's systems and applications, including major platforms like Salesforce and JD Edwards. This role involves assessing training needs, developing training strategies, and delivering training through various modalities. The analyst will collaborate with product teams and stakeholders to ensure successful product rollouts and ongoing training support, contributing to the overall goal of enhancing user experience and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with Product Owners and Teams to assess training needs for new or existing platforms and applications.
  • Build training strategies, plans, and materials in support of new products and system/application enhancements.
  • Attend new product demos to stay updated and knowledgeable for future trainings.
  • Participate in technical walkthroughs and 'Train the Trainer' sessions to ensure preparedness for Business User training.
  • Prepare trainer cheat sheets and guides to ensure customer-centric training.
  • Collaborate with Product and Support Desk Teams for sign-off and support readiness for new applications or enhancements.
  • Deliver training directly to end users through in-person, webinars, and virtual trainings.
  • Collect continuous feedback from end users to identify opportunities for improvements.
  • Input necessary data and training metrics for capacity planning and tracking product rollouts.
  • Act as a liaison between end users and technology support teams.

Requirements

  • Five years progressive work experience, with a minimum of three years' experience in learning/teaching, training, or sales.
  • Experience in technology organizations and/or technology companies is strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Valid Driver's License needed to travel.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to a changing system and application landscape.
  • Expert interpersonal skills to manage multiple stakeholders and work under pressure.
  • Ability to train with structure and simplify complex topics for non-technical users.
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic and integrity.
  • Detail-oriented with strong time-management and organizational skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Salesforce and JD Edwards systems.
  • Familiarity with adult learning principles and training methodologies.
