About the position

The Product Training & Learning Specialist at Steelcase is responsible for developing and delivering training materials for new product launches, collaborating closely with various departments to ensure effective training sessions. This role emphasizes the importance of aligning resources and meeting sales requirements while also supporting the growth and development of team members.

Responsibilities

• Co-develop and design training materials for new product launches in collaboration with product managers.
• Prioritize and align necessary resources for effective product launches, ensuring schedule, budget, and sales requirements are met.
• Deliver engaging training sessions, both virtually and in-person, for Steelcase sales teams.
• Assist with in-field training to support significant product launches.
• Maintain and update the marketing team's training materials.
• Guide and support team members in their growth and development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, education, marketing, sales, or relevant work experience.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience creating learning and development materials or curriculum.
• Comfortable administering developed trainings.
