About the position

The Product Videographer and Photo Editor is responsible for enhancing, manipulating, and organizing visual media and photographs to achieve a desired look or effect. This role involves collaboration with the social media manager to develop creative content for various platforms, including the company's website and social media. The position requires a strong understanding of multimedia production, graphic design, and effective communication skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality visual content.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and maintain product knowledge to demonstrate brand, quality, and style.
• Stage production equipment, including cameras, audio, and lighting equipment.
• Shoot, capture, log, and organize professional quality footage and photography.
• Edit films to insert music, dialogue, and sound effects, and arrange films into sequences.
• Organize and string together footage into a continuous whole according to instructions from the Marketing Director or other managers.
• Create 2D/3D motion graphics, animation, design, and layout.
• Understand green screen keying and compositing.
• Collaborate with the social media manager on creative development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in multimedia, graphic design, film production, or a similar field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in marketing or media production, including editing and operation of a wide range of production equipment.
• Bilingual in Spanish is required; additional language skills are a plus.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous retail experience is a plus.
• Skills in graphic design and visual effects.
