Production Administrative Assistant (Bi-lingual Spanish)

This hybrid position combines the excitement of customer-facing interactions with the precision of behind-the-scenes coordination. You will ensure that guests understand company safety, security, and food safety site requirements, and that visitors are in compliance with these requirements while onsite. Additionally, you will support the Production Department with all clerical tasks, including preparing and posting schedules, writing procedures, and entering all the production employees into our Time Clock Scheduler. You will also support the Payroll Department by running reports to ensure accuracy of time data.
