About the position

The Production and Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing both production and inventory management in a small gasket manufacturing facility. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong managerial skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to ensure efficient operations and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Manage production and inventory in the warehouse.
• Ensure quality control and maintain high standards of production.
• Oversee the operation of machines, preferably in gasket manufacturing or similar products.
• Implement inventory management practices and maintain accurate records.
• Solve problems independently and make managerial decisions as needed.
• Organize and manage time effectively to meet production goals.

Requirements

• Technical knowledge and experience operating machines, preferably in gasket manufacturing.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform quality control.
• Managerial mindset with problem-solving abilities.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Basic computer skills and experience with spreadsheet management.
• Basic understanding of budgeting policies and cost-saving practices.
