About the position

The Production Art Quality Assistant position at Game One is a full-time role that operates during the day shift from 5:30 AM to 2 PM, offering a competitive hourly wage of $16. The role is situated in a brand-new, temperature-controlled facility, ensuring a comfortable working environment for all employees. In this position, the primary responsibilities include sorting apparel by size, color, type, and logo, as well as preparing and inspecting orders for decoration. The Production Art Quality Assistant will also support various areas of the production process as needed. Key job functions involve inspecting garments for quality issues, verifying item counts against work orders, and neatly placing garments in boxes for the shipping department. The assistant will be expected to become proficient in other aspects of production to support different departments, utilize personal protective equipment for safety, maintain a clean work area, and consistently perform within established performance standards. Punctuality and adherence to prescribed work breaks and meal periods are essential, along with maintaining an acceptable attendance record. The ideal candidate will possess good communication and interpersonal skills, take initiative, and be reliable. Attention to detail is crucial, as the role requires the ability to differentiate between colors and identify deviations from design or order specifications. The job may involve frequent walking, standing, stooping, squatting, bending, and lifting up to 20 lbs regularly, with occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Demonstrated reliable work record with the ability to read and write proficiently.
