About the position

The Production Artist will be responsible for transforming pre-approved client graphics into finalized visual assets suitable for various media formats. This role requires expertise in design software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite, and a strong understanding of branding and marketing principles. The position involves collaboration with designers and art directors to ensure high-quality deliverables that align with project requirements and brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Realization of pre-conceptualized assets by translating designs into finalized visual assets.
• Work closely with designers and art directors to produce production-ready artwork.
• Ensure final outputs reflect initial design concepts and meet project requirements.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment with high-volume workloads and short turnaround times.
• Stay updated on design trends and tools to bring fresh ideas to projects.
• Independently manage project deadlines and deliverables.
• Create branded assets focusing on layout and composition based on pre-conceptualized artwork.
• Implement brand guidelines to maintain consistency across all assets.
• Conduct thorough quality control checks on all produced assets.
• Prepare production files for print or digital distribution and organize project files.
• Collaborate with team members throughout the production process and participate in project meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in graphic design, art, or related discipline.
• Three or more years of experience with design software, including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop; AfterEffects is a plus.
• Previous experience in pre-press operations is advantageous.
• Excellent writing, communication, and grammar skills.
• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
