About the position

We're looking for an on-site, part-time Production Artist / Graphic Designer to join our team in Orlando, FL. In this role, you'll work closely with our designers and project leads to execute a variety of projects, from print to digital, with an emphasis on production-oriented tasks. While this position is primarily focused on production, you'll have the chance to bring your design eye to each project, ensuring everything aligns with our brand guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, adapt, and finalize creative assets for print and digital media, ensuring brand consistency and quality.
• Follow brand guidelines meticulously to create a cohesive look across all projects.
• Collaborate with the design team to maintain visual standards and troubleshoot production-related issues.
• Resize, reformat, and adjust layouts for various media types and formats.
• Provide occasional design support for new visual elements within established brand parameters.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in a production artist or graphic design role, preferably within an agency or fast-paced creative environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and consistency.
• Ability to work efficiently within deadlines and manage multiple projects.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to adapt to feedback.
