About The Position
Luminator Technology Group is seeking a full-time Production Assembler to join our dynamic Production team. As a global leader in technology solutions for public transit operations, we pride ourselves on delivering innovative hardware and software solutions. The Production Assembler will play a crucial role in our operations, contributing to the assembly of complex electro-mechanical components and ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and functionality. This position requires a hands-on approach, where the successful candidate will be involved in intermediate to advanced assembly operations, including the use of various tools and equipment to perform job set-ups and functional tests. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling component parts into sub-assemblies and completing fixtures, which includes complex wiring tasks. You will need to read and comprehend bills of materials and technical drawings, perform set-ups using basic tools and jigs, and review equipment protocols necessary for setup. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, the ability to communicate effectively, and a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
