About the position

As a Production Associate at Tesla, you will be integral to the assembly and production of vehicles and energy products. This role requires a strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork in a safety-focused environment. You will be expected to follow work instructions, operate manufacturing equipment, and adapt to various production needs while maintaining high standards of professionalism and safety.

Responsibilities

• Complete standard work processes and follow work instructions and procedures.
• Demonstrate flexibility as needed by the business.
• Operate complex manufacturing equipment under supervision.
• Escalate technical and process issues to the appropriate support groups and leaders.
• Perform a wide array of essential functions across various production and manufacturing lines as business needs require.
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures and demonstrate a high level of professionalism.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to learn new skills and adapt to new work environments.
• Comfortable learning new technology.
• Must have command of the English language, both written and verbal.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work for extended periods, up to 12 hours a day.
• Ability to lift, push, and carry up to 35 lbs frequently and repetitively.
• Ability to carry 20 lbs. up and down stairs.
• Ability to stand and walk for up to 12 hours/day, including over varied and uneven terrain.
