About the position

As a Production Associate at Tesla, you will play a crucial role in the assembly of the Cybertruck's drive unit, contributing to the production of some of the most innovative and environmentally friendly vehicles on the market. This position requires a strong work ethic, reliability, and flexibility in scheduling, as you will be part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced and safety-focused environment. You will receive training on various manufacturing processes and will be expected to adhere to standard work processes, follow work instructions, and rotate through different tasks as needed. Your responsibilities will include operating complex manufacturing equipment under supervision, escalating any technical or process issues to the appropriate support groups, and performing a wide array of essential functions across multiple production lines. Safety is paramount, and you will be required to follow all safety guidelines and procedures while demonstrating professionalism and exemplary attendance. The role demands physical stamina, as you will be required to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods, including lifting, pushing, and carrying materials. You will also need to be comfortable working in various conditions, including exposure to hazardous materials during the painting process, and will be required to wear personal protective equipment. Flexibility in your schedule is essential, as you may be asked to work different shifts, including nights and weekends, as well as potential overtime. Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to learn new skills & adapt to new work environments.
  • Comfortable learning new technology.
  • Must have command of the English language, both written and verbal.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
