We are currently seeking a Production Associate to join our team in the production department. This role will report directly to our shift supervisor and is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to elevate their careers while making a significant impact in the industry. In this position, the Production Associate will be responsible for reading work orders to determine the production specifications for each door. The role involves identifying, locating, and pulling the correct door slab and other components, as well as modifying the door slab as necessary to meet specifications. The associate will utilize various tools such as routers, saws, jigs, aluminum brakes, pneumatic nailers, pneumatic sanders, and electric and pneumatic drills and drivers to fabricate, assemble, and disassemble fiberglass, aluminum, and wood products. Additionally, the role requires physically moving doors from one production station to another, which may involve lifting up to 75 lbs. Quality control is also a critical aspect of this position, as the associate will inspect work to identify defects, production errors, and quality issues. Cleaning the shop and performing light maintenance work will also be part of the responsibilities, along with other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities
