The Production Associate II position at Stryker is focused on ensuring effective surface finishing and maintaining specified product quality on implants. This role involves conducting visual inspections, utilizing inspection tools, and engaging in continuous improvement activities to enhance production processes. Responsibilities

• Ensure effective and efficient surface finishing and specified product quality on implants.
• Conduct visual inspections and utilize inspection tools to ensure quality and consistency.
• Use standard inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and comparators.
• Engage in continuous improvement activities by exposing problems, collecting data, and suggesting improvement ideas.
• Perform dimensional layout inspections on in-house and vendor-manufactured products.
• Complete Autonomous Maintenance on equipment, including cleaning equipment and workstation.
• Use new software platforms such as SharePoint, Oracle, and Access.
• Understand and follow all policies and procedures related to GMP/QMS/SOP.
• Meet work schedule and overtime requirements, including weekends.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One (1) year of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience using standard inspection tools (i.e., calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and comparators) preferred.
