Production Associate III - 2nd Shift - $27.10/hr + $2.00/hr

About the position

The Production Associate III role at Stryker involves working in a manufacturing environment focused on producing medical technologies that improve and save lives. The role is primarily routine and manual, with a strong emphasis on quality and adherence to established procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform autonomous maintenance on equipment.
• Engage in continuous improvement activities such as exposing problems, collecting data to solve problems, and suggesting improvement ideas.
• Perform visual inspection and gauges.
• Perform incoming receiving inspection and dimensional lay-out inspection on in-house and vended manufactured products.
• Understand and follow all policies and procedures related to GMP/QMS/SOP.
• Read blueprints and work with measuring devices.
• Use new software platforms such as SharePoint, Oracle, Access, etc.
• Use all standard inspection tools including calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and comparators.

Requirements

• High School or GED Preferred
• 2 years of Manufacturing Experience Required
