About the position
Cintas is seeking a Production Associate - Mat Roller for the 2nd Shift to support the Rental Division. The role involves evaluating the quality of cleaned customer floor mats, processing them through a rolling machine, and maintaining a clean work area. The Mat Roller is responsible for sorting and staging rolled mats for customer delivery, while meeting standards for quantity and quality of work.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate the quality of cleaned customer floor mats.
- Safely place mats into a rolling machine for processing.
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area.
- Sort and place rolled mats in staging locations for customer delivery.
- Meet or exceed standards for quantity and quality of work.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the US.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Adhere to attendance policy.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment.
- Ability to stand for most of the shift.
- Ability to perform repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching.
