About the position

The Production Associate role at Tesla involves training to assist in the assembly of vehicles and energy products. Associates will be expected to adapt to various production tasks and operate complex manufacturing equipment under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Complete standard work processes and follow work instructions and procedures.
• Demonstrate flexibility as needed by the business.
• Operate complex manufacturing equipment under supervision.
• Escalate technical and process issues to the appropriate support groups and leaders.
• Perform a wide array of essential functions across various production and manufacturing lines as business needs require.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to learn new skills and adapt to new work environments.
• Comfortable learning new technology.
• Must have command of the English language, both written and verbal.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work for extended periods, up to 12 hours a day.
