About the position
Cintas is seeking a Production Associate - Special Operations Operator to work in our Distribution Center. This role involves inspecting garments and trim items, applying emblems and barcodes, and performing sewing tasks as required. The position is essential for ensuring the quality and accuracy of products before they reach customers.
Responsibilities
- Inspect garments and trim items for correct color, scripting, size, and quantity.
- Apply emblems, ID tapes, barcodes, and/or other trims to garments.
- Cut, sew, and hem garments as required.
Requirements
- Basic language and communication skills in speaking and understanding English.
- Ability to read maintenance literature printed in English.
- Ability to stand for up to 7 hours of an 8-hour shift.
- Strong attention to detail.
Nice-to-haves
- Industrial sewing experience.
- 1+ years of experience operating a sewing machine.
