Cintas is seeking a Production Associate - Utility IV for the 2nd Shift on a part-time basis. This role involves performing various production tasks as directed by the shift supervisor, including loading and unloading trucks, preparing materials, and maintaining cleanliness in the work area. The responsibilities may vary daily as the position fills in for other employees during vacations and absences, requiring adaptability and a commitment to quality and quantity of work.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of production jobs as directed by the shift supervisor.
• Load and unload trucks as needed.
• Prepare and stage materials and garments for loading.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area.
• Meet or exceed standards for quantity and quality of work.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Adhere to attendance policy.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with time pressures.
• Ability to handle soiled materials with appropriate protective equipment.
• Physical ability to stand for most of a shift and perform repetitive motions.
