About the position

The Production Associate role at Aerotek involves supporting the bottling line operations in a pharmaceutical setting. The position requires adherence to GMP standards and effective communication skills, with a focus on teamwork and a positive work culture.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the overall performance of the assigned Bottling line.
• Perform tasks as assigned by the lead operator.
• Complete all paperwork, including batch records, accurately.
• Ensure all SOPs and cGMPs are being followed.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and setup of all bottle packaging equipment.
• Assist the bottling supervisor in encouraging a team-first positive culture.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or related industry.
• Strong knowledge of GMP standards.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Excellent writing skills.
• Excellent math skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience operating CVC and Aesus equipment.
• Basic troubleshooting and setup of bottle packaging equipment.
• Utensil cleaning in a wet environment.
• Inspecting softgels.
