About the position

The Production Associate at Easterseals-Goodwill is responsible for performing various production duties in accordance with established best practices. This role focuses on meeting daily production goals, processing donations, sorting merchandise, and assisting guests and donors. The position requires cross-training in all aspects of production and emphasizes the importance of working with individuals of varying abilities.

Responsibilities

• Process donations and sort merchandise for sale.
• Replenish stock and remove merchandise from the sales floor as needed.
• Greet and assist guests and donors.
• Assist with accepting donations at the donation door as assigned.
• Meet daily production goals and adhere to established best practices.
• Perform repetitive tasks independently.

Requirements

• Ability to work with people having different abilities.
• Physical and mental capability to perform all job requirements.
• Ability to stand, stoop, bend, and carry for the entire shift (excluding break times).
• Requires use of hands for simple grasping, pushing, pulling, and fine manipulation.
• Tolerance to extreme changes in temperature and humidity.
