The Production Associate at Tectonics is a vital role responsible for the operation and oversight of various digital printing machines, dye sublimation transfer presses, automated CNC fabrication, and other related equipment. This position requires a keen attention to detail and the ability to ensure that all products meet quality standards. The Production Associate will be expected to operate one or multiple pieces of equipment, making quick adjustments to settings as necessary to maintain optimal machine performance. Additionally, the role involves reading and verifying work orders and production instructions, as well as loading, positioning, and adjusting raw materials during the equipment loading and unloading processes. In this fast-paced manufacturing environment, the Production Associate must be able to learn and work with digital programs related to the equipment. The job demands a high level of critical thinking and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent verbal and written communication abilities. The ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude and a strong work ethic, demonstrating a willingness to learn and adapt to new operating procedures. The role may require extended hours with little advance notice to meet project deadlines, and the associate must be capable of lifting and moving materials weighing up to 50 pounds frequently throughout their shift.
