About The Position
The Production Associate role involves performing a variety of entry-level and semi-skilled winding and repair operations in a manufacturing environment. The position requires reading and interpreting technical documents, operating equipment, and maintaining production and quality standards. The associate will work with hand and power tools, ensuring safety and cleanliness in the workspace while also being responsible for training other employees as needed.
