About the position

The Production Auditor position at KP Staffing involves ensuring the quality and defect-free production of injection-molded and micro-assembled products for the medical industry. The role requires auditing and inspecting work done by production assemblers, following established quality standards and procedures. Responsibilities

• Inspects quality of finished production kits and documentation of disposition.
• Follows all AQL standards.
• Follows quality inspection procedures.
• Changes kit status in the database.
• Learns the defects of the parts and the tolerance levels to disposition acceptable/unacceptable parts.
• Notifies lead of quality concerns.
• Prioritizes work such as expedites and same-day shipping.
• Logs production scrap and extra parts in scrap tracker and extra parts tracker.
• Adds kit audit information to audit tracker.
• Transports audited kits to finished goods.

Requirements

• Knowledge of Microsoft Word Processing software, Microsoft Spreadsheet software, and Microsoft Database software.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of an organization.
• Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's.

Nice-to-haves

• Quality Control experience (2 years preferred)
• Blueprint reading experience (2 years preferred)
