Production Checker - Springdale, AR

About the position

The Production Checker at MoistureShield is responsible for ensuring that finished products meet quality standards before they are packaged and shipped to customers. This role involves conducting visual inspections, tracking defect data, and collaborating with team members to maintain product quality and efficiency in the manufacturing process.

Responsibilities

• Conducts visual inspection on all finished product
• Identifies and tracks defect data
• Reports quality issues to the Department Lead
• Ensures that boards are properly stamped and labeled appropriately before packaging
• Ensures units are properly banded for shipments
• Works with other team members to provide support and assistance as needed
• Other duties and responsibilities related to the nature of the job may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed

Requirements

• Previous experience in a manufacturing setting
• Must be able to read and write
• Basic Math Skills
• Able to lift up to 40lbs
• Must be able to work with others
