About the position

As a Production Control Manager at Walkin Technologies LLC, you will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and overseeing production activities to ensure smooth operations that meet quality standards and deadlines. This role requires collaboration with various departments and a strong focus on detail, technology, and efficiency in production processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production schedules using ERP to meet customer demands and optimize workflow.
• Hold operators accountable for operations and clocking in to jobs.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing to ensure adequate materials are available.
• Analyze production data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
• Clear out any paused jobs.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality assurance, and logistics teams to resolve production issues.
• Implement and maintain production control systems and processes.
• Prepare regular reports on production performance and inventory status for management.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the production process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5 years of experience as a Production Control Manager.
• 5 years in production control or manufacturing operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in production planning software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles is a plus.
