In this role as a Post Production Controller, you will lead production activities to meet business and financial objectives. You will collaborate with managers to plan and manage production tasks, focusing on improving runtime and throughput through capacity analysis. Your responsibilities will include managing supply and demand through the ERP system, reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) to support the business plan, and planning material movement in production cycles to ensure continuous operations. You will also be responsible for planning equipment, material, and manpower needs for job orders, ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently. The position requires a proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements and efficiencies by working with cross-functional teams. You will maintain the ERP system with accurate lead times and stocking quantities, verify data entry, monitor open purchase orders and work orders, and provide status updates on supplier deliveries. Additionally, you will assist managers in controlling production costs while maintaining quality standards, monitor production capacities, and report on potential risks to the production plan. This role is essential in ensuring that job orders are completed on time and within customer specifications, and you will attend production meetings to support supply chain and operations.
