Responsibilities

• Maintain communication with supervisors to minimize bottlenecks in work schedules.
• Monitor the actual cost of parts to control expenditures and provide accurate data when providing cost estimates on workload.
• Analyze supply issues to avoid work stoppages and report findings to leadership for action.
• Ensure all orders received are complete, accurate, and in compliance with current regulations.
• Utilize an automated system to input/retrieve data to complete logistics program planning.

Requirements

• One year of specialized experience which includes monitoring production schedules from inception to completion maintaining an even workflow.
• Analyzing production resources such as cost estimates, materials, and manpower to alleviate potential discrepancies in funding.
• Identifying production bottlenecks that could impact accomplishing production workload.
• Must have a valid state Driver's License to operate vehicles.
• Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
