About the position

The Production Coordinator will serve as a key liaison among various divisions involved in the production of Tabletop Ceramic and Glassware orders. This role focuses on order processing, tracking, and communication with internal and external partners to ensure timely production and delivery of products. The coordinator will also assist in sample reviews, maintain project updates, and implement efficient tracking strategies.

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between sales, design, and factories for Tabletop Ceramic and Glassware orders.
• Handle order processing and track orders from factories to buyers.
• Communicate daily with internal and external partners regarding production and delivery information.
• Review samples with design and disseminate information to factories.
• Follow up on missing or revised samples from the factory.
• Assist the head of production with sourcing and manufacturing processes.
• Maintain and update the Work In Progress (WIP) report weekly.
• Troubleshoot challenges with realistic and creative solutions.
• Document and implement efficient tracking strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics or related field with 1+ years of wholesale production experience, or an Associate's degree with 2+ years of experience, or 3+ years in a wholesale production role.
• Proficiency in Mandarin speaking and writing is required.
• Strong relationship management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience using Envision software is a plus.
• Experience with multinational trade and export is a plus.
