About the position

Vivid Seats is seeking an enthusiastic and collaborative Production Designer to join our Marketing team. This role involves working on a variety of projects, collaborating with a Creative Director, digital and UX designers, an animator/editor, and a copywriter. The Production Designer will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, including designing billboards, experiential events, and social media content. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in design trends and capable of multitasking across various projects in the fast-paced live event industry.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Creative Director and other team members to bring creative ideas to life.
  • Design various marketing materials including social media posts, emails, and banner ads.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and interpret creative briefs from a design perspective.
  • Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain the file structure system and asset library for the creative team.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance team effectiveness.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop the brand's visual identity.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a design role, preferably in an agency or brand environment.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design capabilities.
  • Expertise in branding, style guides, typography, and digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Figma, and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with quick turnaround times.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.

  • A passion for live events, including music and sports.
  • Experience with social media and digital marketing trends.
  • Ability to take feedback well and work collaboratively.
