The Production Engineer at Weiss Technik North America, Inc. is responsible for defining, designing, and implementing improvement projects that align with the company's business strategies and priorities. This role involves facilitating and coaching improvement teams, establishing performance metrics to measure program success, and applying lean tools and principles effectively through project management skills.

Requirements
- Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering.
- 12 months of experience as a Mechanical Engineer or Production Engineer supporting Environmental simulation systems.
- 12 months of experience supporting the production of IT cooling systems.
- 12 months of experience developing computer factory simulations, value stream mapping, and flow optimization.
- 12 months of project management or team management experience.
- 12 months of experience using 2D and 3D CAD software.
