The Production & Events Specialist plays a crucial role in the production and events team, focusing on creating high-quality video content and supporting various communication and training initiatives for the organization. This position involves overseeing the entire video production process, from script development to final editing, ensuring that the finished product meets and exceeds client expectations. The specialist will also be responsible for providing audio-visual support during corporate functions and live broadcasts, which includes managing camera and audio equipment, as well as directing video switching during events. In addition to video production, the role requires the administration of digital displays across the corporate campus, ensuring that all displays are functioning correctly and displaying the intended content. The specialist will also be tasked with researching and procuring rental equipment necessary for various events, ensuring that all technical aspects are covered to facilitate smooth operations. This position is hybrid, requiring in-office work in South Florida for part of the week while allowing remote work on other days. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in audio-visual production, with the ability to adapt to new technologies and troubleshoot technical issues as they arise.
