About the position

The Production Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating customized artwork for private label consumer products in a fast-paced environment. This entry-level position requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while collaborating with various internal departments and external clients to meet design expectations.

Responsibilities

• Design customized artwork for private label consumer products.
• Work closely with clients to identify and interpret product labeling design expectations.
• Execute design work in a timely manner and consistently report status.
• Manage time and organize projects based on priority levels.
• Maintain accurate work history and file management controls.
• Coordinate with label printer partners to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Utilize project management software to communicate project status with internal departments.
• Learn and understand basic regulatory compliance standards and apply them to label design work.

Requirements

• Associate degree required; bachelor's degree in graphic design preferred.
• 1 to 3 years of professional graphic design experience preferred.
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Familiarity with Monday.com project management software.
