We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our team at Swift Outsourcing Solutions. This hybrid position requires the designer to work on-site for two days a week while allowing for remote work for the remaining three days. The ideal candidate will assist our clients in developing their signage, which involves a combination of creativity and technical skills. The role demands proficiency in various design software, particularly Corel and Adobe Illustrator, and a keen eye for aesthetics. In this position, the Graphic Designer will be responsible for scanning and manipulating photos or drawings using Corel 13, Adobe Photoshop, or Corel Photoprint. Additionally, the designer will assist in research and development projects, which may include light lifting and wiring using small hand tools. The candidate should be familiar with the Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, and possess excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients. The role also offers an opportunity to learn about sign building by working in a shop environment alongside an engineering team. The designer will gain insights into the production process from beginning to end and will be expected to read mechanical drawings as part of their responsibilities. This position is ideal for someone who is methodical, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines while producing high-quality design work.
