About the position
Fabcon is seeking Production Laborers to join their team, focusing on the creation of precast concrete sections. This role is essential in the manufacturing process, involving various tasks that contribute to the production of high-quality precast products. Responsibilities
- Create forms used to build precast concrete sections (e.g. walls, beams, columns, stairs, etc.)
- Install rebar, plates, mesh, and foam insulation
- Form concrete using screed boards, vibrators, and trowels
- Use hand tools and power tools (drills, saws, tie guns, etc.)
Requirements
- Ability to read tape measure and blueprints
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to operate machinery safely
- Ability to work overtime when required
- Troubleshooting skills
