About the position

Responsibilities
- Stripping the forming rails from the concrete panels poured the previous day and cleaning the forming rails.
- Erecting forms on the production schedule and placing concrete in the forms according to job specifications.
- Performing tasks such as troweling, raking, and stamping concrete.
- Moving materials as needed for production.
- Lifting and standing for extended periods, including manual lifting up to 50lbs.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent education required.
- Entry-level position with no prior experience necessary, but 1 year of experience in concrete work, raking, stamping, troweling, and material moving is preferred.
- Ability to stand for 7 hours at a time and work in a non-temperature controlled environment.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in concrete work (1 year preferred).
- Experience in raking (1 year preferred).
