About the position

The Production Liaison at Dassault Falcon Jet Corp plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the manufacturing process. This position involves providing guidance to the production line, coordinating with various departments to resolve issues, and offering technical assistance to enhance production efficiency. The role requires a proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements while maintaining quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to the production line to identify and evaluate issues.
• Coordinate with Team Leaders, Program Managers, Production Engineers, and Managers to resolve production issues.
• Provide technical assistance to resolve assembly line technical issues.
• Prepare and maintain production reports.
• Assist the Production Engineer in specific projects.
• Conduct independent projects to improve processes and quality.
• Participate in Non Conformity Report resolution by researching and proposing solutions.
• Define, prepare, present, and advise assembly teams on new processes and improvements.
• Learn all aspects of the production process to enable advancement.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 2 years of previous work experience in the chosen discipline equivalent to 1 year of college.
• Five years of experience in components fabrication and assembly, aircraft paint application, or related fields.
• Ability to read and communicate technical information from maintenance manuals and engineering drawings.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites and SharePoint.
• Thorough working knowledge of Production IT tools.
• Ability to conduct root cause analysis and define corrective action plans.
• Must be able to function throughout the facility, including up and down stairs and in and out of aircraft.

Nice-to-haves

• FAA Airframe and Power plant licenses
• Supervisory or leadership experience
• Understanding of regulatory processes and requirements.
• 2 years of Dassault Falcon Jet Associate Production Liaison experience.
