About the position

As a Line Manager at Nestlé Purina, you will lead and coordinate production supervisors and operations within the plant. Responsibilities

• Provide effective leadership and coordination for assigned production supervisors and operations.
• Uphold plant policies and procedures while maintaining safety, quality, and production standards.
• Ensure the line production plan is fully achieved on time and in compliance with internal and external requirements.
• Strive for zero accidents and defects through continuous improvement activities.
• Lead and motivate the team to achieve their objectives.
• Maximize production yields and maintain flexibility in production operations.
• Manage production through operational reviews and use Standard Routines for sustainable results.
• Assist the Production Manager in scheduling and communicating production needs.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 5+ years of experience in a leadership role in manufacturing, production, warehouse, military, or related environment.
