About The Position

The Production Line Worker at WW Flooring Group is responsible for ensuring that production processes meet quality standards and comply with regulations. This role involves monitoring product quality, operating machinery, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment in a fast-paced setting.

Requirements

• Worked in production line manufacturing environment
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Ability to work independently and within a team across all levels and diverse cultures
• Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be detail-oriented and organized
• Strong communication skills and desire to work with other team members
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Capable of reading and understanding production documents and safety manuals
• Good communication skills
• Willingness to comply with all safety guidelines at all times
• Physically capable of manual labor that includes lifting, bending, and reaching
• Able to operate large industrial machinery (Forklift)
• Able to lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis
• Able to work 8-hour shifts standing
• Reliable and punctual
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Work on the production line with consistent speed and accuracy
• Ensure that production requirements and standards are met consistently
• Make every effort to increase productivity and efficiency without compromising quality
• Operate machinery correctly and maintain it with care
• Report any machinery issues to management
• Work cooperatively with the production team to meet quotas and goals
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Observe all safety guidelines and report safety concerns to management
• Follow all written and verbal instructions
• Record product, packaging, and order information on specific forms
• Measure, weight, and count product
• Load product on pallet station, label product and strap unit by hand tool
• Assist to prepare shipment
• Attend all safety and production training
• Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude
