About the position

The Production Maintenance Specialist at InterAction24 LLC is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of manufacturing and packing equipment. This role involves troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment to minimize downtime and support the efficiency of the production process.

Responsibilities

• Conduct preventative and unscheduled maintenance on production and facility equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues in equipment, material handling systems, and production lines.
• Replace and repair components, including control units and boards, as needed.
• Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to log work orders and maintenance records.
• Adhere to safety standards, including the use of PPE, and maintain clean, organized work areas.
• Support and train team members as needed, contributing to a versatile and efficient maintenance team.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a maintenance or repair role; experience in a food manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Familiarity with PLCs, CMMS systems, and preventive maintenance practices.
• Proficient in troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation issues.
• Comfortable reading blueprints and schematics.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; must be at least 18 years old.
