About the position

The Production Manager will oversee the cement manufacturing process, ensuring efficient operations and adherence to safety and quality standards. This role requires extensive experience in cement manufacturing and process engineering, along with strong leadership skills to manage plant operations effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the cement manufacturing process and ensure operational efficiency.
• Manage plant operations and staff to meet production goals.
• Implement safety and quality control measures in the manufacturing process.
• Coordinate with engineering and maintenance teams to optimize production.
• Utilize project management software to track progress and manage projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
• 10 years of experience in cement manufacturing with a background in control room operations or process engineering.
• Proficiency in various software including database, inventory, manufacturing, project management, spreadsheet, and word processing software.
• Completion of Cement Manufacturing for Process Engineers (PCA) course.
• Completion of Cement Manufacturing Class (PCA).
• Completion of Kiln Training (PCA).
• Completion of Mill Training (PCA).

Nice-to-haves

• 1 year of experience in manufacturing (preferred).
• 1 year of management experience (preferred).
