About the position

WinnScapes, Inc. is seeking a full-time Maintenance Production Manager to oversee landscape maintenance projects for both commercial and residential properties. This role involves managing safety, quality, and productivity while supervising multiple mowing crews. The position requires hands-on involvement with various tools and equipment, as well as training and coordinating daily activities of the teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage safety, quality, and productivity of work at sites and/or shop/yard.
• Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the day-to-day work activities of 4-5 mowing crews consisting of 2 to 3 employees each.
• Operate various tools and equipment while supervising crews, including heavy equipment, dump trucks, skid loader, chainsaws, jackhammers, and lawn care equipment.
• Create and complete training courses for maintenance foremen on various maintenance tasks and techniques.
• Participate in all snow removal activities.
• Supervise and perform preventative maintenance on tools and equipment by conducting inspections, lubricating, and cleaning on a daily basis.
• Check foreman paperwork and submit all required paperwork on a daily basis, including crew daily forms and time and materials summaries.
• Complete and submit monthly inventory of materials and equipment.
• Comply with all company policies and regulations.
• Maintain and enforce standards of cleanliness and organization in assigned crews' trucks, trailers, equipment, jobsites, and shop/yard areas.
• Ensure that all work activities are carried out in a safe and efficient manner, and that all crew members are in compliance with government and company standards.
• Communicate with customers and crews in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements

• 5 years of landscape maintenance experience.
• Supervising experience in a related field.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Ability to operate power tools and heavy equipment.
• Experience in crew management.
