As a Production Manager, you will oversee the production processes within the signage industry, ensuring that all projects meet the required specifications and deadlines. This role requires a hands-on approach, as you will need to manage the shop floor effectively, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. Collaboration with management and support teams will be essential to achieve the company's goals and meet customer expectations. In addition to production oversight, the role involves compliance with project timelines and customer requirements. The successful candidate will possess a strong background in wide format graphics, with at least three years of relevant experience, including two to three years in a management capacity. Proficiency in the Adobe suite and experience with large format machines are crucial, as is the ability to delegate tasks effectively within a small team. The position also requires a self-ordered and self-initiated individual who can handle office management tasks alongside production responsibilities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in wide format graphics production.
• 2-3 years of management experience in a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe suite and experience with large format printing machines.
• Ability to manage a small team and delegate tasks effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and team members.
• Self-motivated and able to take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
